I don't do this because I train gymnastics strength training, and it really stretches everything optimally. But this makes sense.

Lower lumbar lordosis, or sticking out your butt with an arched back is the result of tight hamstrings, weak lower abs and an overcompensating (stronger) back. How to fix it?

Stretch and roll out the major muscle bands in the quads, strengthen the lower core, and stop deadlifting for a bit.
