How measure fwhr accurately for women?

Okay so I've measured mine but the problem is I have high eyebrows and a lot of eye space.

Something like this:

But some women have low set brows like this:

When I calculate using my regular brow position it's 1.8. But if I were to measure it from a position where my eyebrows would be lower set like Scarlett it would be around 2.

I feel like fwhr doesn't work as well for women as it does men. High set brows on men isn't attractive generally, but it's fine for women.

women from 3/10 and up are objectively attractive
