How do you become sub 10% body fat?

Is injecting or high test the only way to do it? 

Calorie deficit at lower body fat percentages = usually leads to depression and low T

8% is doable and maintainable if you do it right. 8-12% is a good range to be in.
Going under 8% is pretty useless unless you're a pro bodybuilder about to compete or something.

Lol at these copes. First off, it's not realistic to be 8% body fat. Is it possible? Yeah, for a month. It is impossible all year around to maintain that. It's not realistic if you're natty. 

Natty the lowest that is attainable and realistic is 10% body fat, but even THAT'S pushing it.

Btw if your bone structure hasn't changed or looked different at 13% body fat than there will be no difference at 8%
