How can I improve my current diet cheaply

Here's my basic diet give or take a couple substitutions, i'm living on a budget so no pricey suggestions

Breakfast- Banana and honey sandwich, an extra piece of fruit

Lunch- Ham, tomato sandwich sometimes with eggs

Dinner- About 250gms of meat usually lamb or beef or sausages, a bowl of rice or spaghetti with tomatoes, and a plate of miscellaneous vegetables.

Just eat plant based diet
Salads, lentils,kiwis,avocados, fruits,beans some Brown rice potatoes.
The only meat you should is chicken breast or fish
No redmeat
And no added sugars
And thats a good diet
