I've did it for two weeks.

Changes weren't dramatic but, i got

-Less Eye Bags
-Little Less Eye Bulge
-More Prominent Cheekbones
-Hollower Cheeks
-Slighty Wider jaw and Face

I wasn't very consistent usually doing it 5-10 times a day, not the 20.

I stopped last week out of just feeling sick, tired, and unmotivated to do it.

Will start again soon,

But the science behind it shows it does create more PCT.

Here is a before and after from someone doing it longer

Can you show a picture of your eyes when you experience any results?

Yes. I see it now. I got similar results in the lower third from Mewing. I have yet to become cheekbones like that though. It may take me another 2 or 3 years.

How come that there are people with robust faces, great bone development, yet NCT?

I have no idea, it's rare though. Almost is never the case.

Probably good Horomones and Actual Bone Growth Development , but still slightly Recessed, Narrow and dropping Convex Bone Structure from Tounge posture.

Maxilla is probably more down and they have to Till their Head Up to appear more Normal, but it extenuates their Negative Canthal Tilt from having a a More more Convex Narrow and Drooping Face, Which is what causes negative Tilt.

I use to do cold showers every day, was pretty amazing.

Made me NT, Charismatic, and Confident. Girls were all on me.

Cold then Hot, then Cold, etc... are better.

And when you first Hop into the Cold Shower and Keep it on Cold for Atleast 30 Seconds to 1 Minute, then Bump it up to 3-5 Minutes when you get more use to it.

Them switch to hot and relax, get rid of Bodily Tension, Stretch, then switch back to cold for how long you want.
