7'' ankles?

I have to measure mine but I'm sure they are at least 10'' how can you have 7'' it's a size of an average wrist

I just measured and they are 9.75", absolutely subhuman.

Don't give in to the "Calves are all genetic" shits
Train them heavy three-six times a week 4 sets each day
Got mine from 13" - 15.5" in the past few months I think with roids and training us framecels can eventually reach 17"
Try some PEG MGF injections too

calves are the muscle that is determined by genetics the most IMO

it's the only muscle where a non lifter with good genes beats roided gymcell with shit genes

That's where PEG MGF and six days a week training comes in because you're partially correct
most roid heads don't train calves more than once every 2 weeks though.
