Tell me what you would improve:

Monday: Chest and Shoulders

-Barbell Bench Press
-Incline Dumbbell Press
-Cable Flyes
-Military Press
-Shoulder Press

Wednesday: Triceps and Back and Biceps

-Triceps Pushdown
-Skull Crushers
-Deadlift
-Pull Ups
-Bent Over Rows
-Barbell Curls

Friday: Legs

-Squat
-Lunges
-Leg Press

At the end of every session I do 15 minutes of abs workout. 

Is it okay?
