If you are wasting your time at the gym doing useless exercises like bicep curls for the biceps, hammer curls for the forearms, shrugs for the traps etc, then this is my reaction to you:



Instead of being one of those retards who does the bro "chest monday, back wednesday, legs friday" etc shit, with a bunch of isolations which literally do nothing, this is what your routine should be:

Monday:
Squat 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Overhead press 3x5
Chin ups 3x5

Wednesday: Part time job

Friday: Researching and buying steroids online

Do that for six months, complete a first cycle and you'll be twice as big as if you wasted your precious time isolating every muscle.

Lmao how do you expect to grow your lateral deltoids which give broad shoulders or calves without isolations, do you even lift boyo?

Although if you're on roids they'll grow bigger than a natty who isolates them even without you working them at all so it doesnt matter in the end.

By taking steroids and doing heavy push presses. And who needs big calves? They just look clumpy.
