Vitamin D is more of a hormone, not a vitamin. It's in a different tier than some zinc or fish oil. Tbh though if you're going to waste 100$ of dollars on supplements a month, you should at least go to an endocrinologist and get a list of what you're actually deficient in.

You could always just buy roids to. 8% bf or death

I looked at your multi, & it doesn't provide adequate magnesium, zinc (I see now that you are supplementing separately), or molybdenum. Some of the B vitamins, vitamin A (only mentions beta carotene), & selenium are also pretty low for my taste. No mention of iodine either. It's not a particularly bad supplement, but the 603mg of "[font=Arial, sans-serif]Certified Organic Men's Daily Food Blend" [/font][size=medium][font=Arial, sans-serif]   [/font]is [size=medium]basically worthless fluff.[/size][/size]

Some of these morons think that epigenetics cease to exist just by ignoring it. It applies what @"Earl Sanders" already said about them. They can't cope with the fact that their parents cursed them with not only a defunct DNA but also with a bad development full of junk food and sedentary lifestyle.
