did two sets of 15 single arm overhead presses with 39lbs dumbbell each arm

will do one set of bicep curls and call it a day

Yes I didn't say anything about the burgers not being good. My point is you shouldn't have even mentioned the donuts because they obv don't help muscle gain

But protein should always take priority. Its just the calories from a donut are better than no calories at all.
