The following calculator gives you an estimate of the maximum muscular bodyweight and muscular measurements (at roughly 8 to 10% bodyfat) that a drug-free trainee of your structure is likely to attain. It is based on equations I've developed through over 6 years of research and analysis of data from drug-free champions both past and present. In essence, this calculator scales the weights and measurements of the drug-free champions to your skeletal structure.

Legit. If you have thin bones, you're fucked for life unless you use steroids. I still cringe at the dumbasses who believe they can beat their genes by following a "better program" or "eating healthy".

By the way, even if you're a complete newbie who never lifted, you reach your genetic potential very quickly on a good program. After that, your gains will be so minimal that it's absolutely not worth the effort. If you don't inject, you're fooling yourself. Biology does not lie!

This has even more measurements.

Getting the correct calorie intake amount and macro nutrition partitioning, will at least help stay lean.
It's probably better to reach that potential and remain there than not.. Not probably it is..

Having thin bones and a testosterone deficiency is not a "queer excuse", dumbass! Are you also telling a diabetic to stop making excuses when he doesn't get his insulin?
