Eat in small portions throughout the day (4-5 times) and dont eat carbs at night and do
cardio 3-4 times a week. This will kick ur metabolism into gear and u will soon slim down.

I eat about 50 grams a day of carbs excluding vegis

Today I ate:

Chicken Breast
Tuna salad
Pounds of salad (spinach, carrots, broccoli, etc)
6oz steak
100 cals greek yogurt
2 eggs and 4 egg whites
piece of bread with peanut butter
Krill Oil supplement
4000iu vit D


Legit??

Also intermittent fast 14 hours erryday

lol that's some broscience shit, meal timing is irrelevant, carb timing is irrelevant, what matters is the overall deficit at the end of the day, basically if you want to maximize fat loss and preserve muscle you need to do PSMF
