1 and 2: edited photos attempting to depict me after double jaw surgery
3: Unedited front profile
3,4,5: Great jaw surgery results I hope to experience
Last: My unedited side profile

I am scheduled to get double jaw surgery sometime next year, and I have gotten someone to edit what I may look like (they don’t know the procedure, just how to use PS)

I have noticed that simply bringing my chin forward as is done in photoshop does not instantly fix my facial harmony and make me look as a male should. Instead I have this sort of boxy appearance. More attractive, but boxy. What has gone wrong? Perhaps I should get an edit when my head is tilted with top of ears parallel to eyebrows? Or, if this edit is more or less correct, what on earth should I do to look better after surgery?

Is it a problem with my upper facial depth? Any thoughts appreciated.
