you make 25,000 iu in 15 mins of sun exposure at peak time in summer

so i take 25k daily

but you also need 1000mg of vitamin K2 per 10,000IU of D3
this is because D3 leads to calcium building up in the blood which can clog arteries and kidneys
the vitamin K2 transports this calcium in the blood to the bones and increases bone density
