Chewing Effectively - Strengthening the jaws

So - You've started chewing on a tough object, whether it be food or something else.
What method is going to intentionally put the most stress on the jaw muscles?

-Pressing down as hard as you can in a slow time?
-Chewing hard and fast?

We need some insight.

As long as you are favoring/mostly using your masseter muscle is all that matters. Just do different forms of chewing sometimes going slower but more pronounced other times just more casual chewing,etc
