You say you want to get your body fat down cool.... whats the goal here? is it to look more lean? Did you know that these types of shortcuts lead to muscle mass loss? Did you know that decreased muscle mass, leaves you with a higher body fat percentage? So infact your goal of looking more lean using this method is counter-productive.
