Can i train neck and traps everyday

UI done pull ups for years every day and my back is my best feature . Would my neck and traps have the same results

Every 3 days is the best frequency I have found. 
When you shrug, hold the weight at the top for 2-3 seconds. It'll help develop your neck musculature too this way. 

That, and a few sets of neck harness.

Training them every day at any kind of intensity will be too much. Unless you choose a high rep range, I guess.

shrugs also work the back side of your neck

ive done high rep shrugs before started feeling the back of my neck tense up

bulgarian bag spins are great for traps by the way

also chinups work your traps partially but not as much when you do pullups


do HFT format if you want to train daily

and yes you can train daily IF you workout on an HFT format
