also get a buccal fat removal surgery on both cheeks and cut to 10-12 percent body fat.

If you're going the surgical route I would look into orbital augmentation, jaw augment and rhinoplasty.

No, you tard. Get rhino for your nasal tip, & get something done about your eye area. You might be lucky enough to be able to get away with something as simple as filler, or a minor procedure. Read up, & get a consult.
