Why?
Trying to determine where you are vs natty limits. 15 is already quite big for lean natty, despite what some delusionals will tell you.

I'd imagine going up another inch (which is probably what you'd need for the morph difference) would take a year, but that's guess work really

How much do you weight? 
I think you can do it in 12 months if you work out at least 5 times a week and eat really well.
