Fukin lol. You clearly know nothing about nutrition. You can eat that amount of protein and still have A LOT of calories left to be on maintenance.

Green smoothies can be extremely high in protein and low calorie as well.

1 serving Vega One powder + 2 tablespoons hemp protein + "a whole bunch of" kale (leafy greens are high in protein) would amount to like 70 g of protein, legit. And be very low cal.

Add fruits to make it taste good // mask the bitterness.

The protein calculator you used MASSIVELY overestimates protein requirements. I successfully recomped with just 135 grams per day, and that calculator says I should have 220+!

i eat about 60-90 grams of protein a day and my protein blood markers are always in the high range

If you're shredded, in a calorie deficit, and already have a lot of muscle mass, your protein requirements will be higher. For most people trying to lose weight and add muscle, requirements are much lower.

the "1 gram per pound" is just easy to remember, but not all that accurate.
