I either feel nothing or just sadness

Sometimes so strong I cry or on the verge to due to my high e levels

I stopped thinking about anything future related like 2 years ago

Since there's nothing much to think about anyway

Most likely due to shitty high carb diet or simply too many refined sugars.

Or caffeine (yes, that includes tea and cola).

Fix both and your moods will be more stable.

Yes, diet change helps but it can also be depression. Go seek a therapist, most users here need it

I feel way better on high carbs than I do on low carb, but if you meant low quality carbs then I would probably agree.  

I think caffeine might be a problem.  Should probably just stick to one coffee in the midday ~1-2pm

Too much, especially if you aren't active and don't sleep well.

imo one cup is fine after you've eaten breakfast and have done some moving around

I'd say ~4 hours after waking up caffeine can be consumed safely without hiccups.  But be sure to just leave it at one shot


I did a lot of experiments with this over the summer. 

The best thing would be to cut it out entirely but I still need the dopamine hit and if I stop I'll get a week of unpleasant headaches from the withdrawal.

Low fat, medium protein, high carb diet is GOAT if you do ~35 minutes or more of cardio a day and gymcel once or twice a week.

Maintaining this takes effort though

I'm on anti-depressants rn and go to the therapist monthly lmao

still feel shitty sometimes

yeah, no way in hell I'm able to maintain that

the only work I'm doing is procrastinating and feeling sorry for myself

cardio is easier to maintain than regular gymcelling because it doesnt tax your body or take you 4 days to recover

start with slowly jumping rope for 20 minutes then build up to 45 minutes

it works like caffeine for giving you energy only its natural

will help clear up skin also

wish i had the time to do more cardio throughout the week

my skin is more or less clean now ( I still get the occasional pimple )

yes i do too. Sometimes i feel like after my surgeries i will be a Goddes. Other times i wish i was't born because im so hideous, and will never have those beautiful boys that i want. Saw this beautiful young boy on the street, with flawless skin, slightly rosy cheeks, blue eyes and perfect bone structure. I can never have that, and it makes me so upset tbh..
