Im tired of being an actual zombie through the entire day and only feeling some relief at wee hours. How do I reset my sleeping pattern? this cannot be healthy.

don't nap during the day (drink coffee if you have to)

go to bed early next night

You need a routine in the day.  Not easy if your NEET or a welfare sloth.

You need to stay up until lunchtime the next day, and then mid-afternoon the day after that, until your sleeping patterns correct themselves. Takes about 3-4 days although can be done in less time.
