Every study shows it works better than extra protein (beyond 90 grams/day or so) for building muscle, but strangely no one ever talks about it.

Bloat and balding are the main ones. If you are 10/10 hair genetics and you don't mind bloat then there is no reason not to take it.

Creatine bloat is a myth (as long as you take 5g every day and not retarded doses)
The "hair" thing is just a study among juiced to the gills athletes, we need more data before we can say creatine = raises dht = baldness.

bloat is not big a deal

especially if you aren't beasting on sodium

and take my favorite vitamin, vitamin c

but the balding thing can affect SOME PEOPLE

but not most

if you want muscles soley for the purpose of looks

you don't really need it

brad pitt in flight club > roidcels

if you've got the $$$ for it, go with T injections

or a good peptide

get your quick and easy "noob gains" 

cut

then just maintain whatever you have
