i got no licence. where i am from in germany you dont need no drivers licence, if you are a student. its a waste of money. there are several subway systems like in new york and some city train lines which get you literally everywhere in the metropolitan area at anytime of the day.

I have heard that the public transport is shit here in the Tampa area.
Everyone seems to drive.
