Ashwagandha and Curcumin reduce stress response (cortisol)

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3560823/#b81-medscimonit-18-4-ra40

Magnesium is critically important in people who suffer from anxiety disorders, as a deficit in the mineral intensifies anxiety and depression. This is easily remedied by supplementation

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3198864/

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15567428

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16542786

Mindfulness meditation has proven to be effective in reducing amygdala size and sensitivity (and therefore your tolerance to panic attacks), as well as the reactivity of patients to General Anxiety Disorder

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3772979/

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2848393/

Buy some Propranolol from All Day Chemist and a pill bottle. Carry some around with you wherever you go. More than likely, you will never have to use them, as the psychological effect of having a "panic button" for emergency situations (panic attack) is beneficial in and of itself

Cope. Take benzo's or go ER.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/15762814

Initially thought to be virtually free of negative effects, benzodiazepines are now known to carry risks of dependence, withdrawal, and negative side effects. Among the most controversial of these side effects are cognitive effects. Long-term treatment with benzodiazepines has been described as causing impairment in several cognitive domains, such as visuospatial ability, speed of processing, and verbal learning. Conversely, long-term benzodiazepine use has also been described as causing no chronic cognitive impairment[...]

[...]In an attempt to settle this debate, meta-analyses of peer-reviewed studies were conducted and found that cognitive dysfunction did in fact occur in patients treated long term with benzodiazepines, and although cognitive dysfunction improved after benzodiazepines were withdrawn, patients did not return to levels of functioning that matched benzodiazepine-free controls.

"Cope"

Great job advising people to use drugs that turn them into literal fucking retards

Remeron works wonders for me, but I'm one of the few people who happens to benefit from all of its side effects.
