For example, I'll find an actress hot from a particular movie. Then look her up and maybe find one or two pics that are representative to what I saw in the film/show, and what I was attracted to. Same probably goes for males. Look up any actor from a movie/show you've seen. Guaranteed their 1st page of pics on google look much worse than in motion.

Btw, this doesn't account for thoroughly executed selfies by instagram models and such, with myspace angles and filters
