Advice on fixing my jaw and chin

I have an open bite, bimaxillary protrusion which i've read is pretty common for my race (black) and a recessed chin. How do I go about fixing these things?  I would like to post pictures to give you guys a better look but don't know how  :sad:

he said JAW AND chin. this exercise without a doubt tightens the skin around the jawline, just dont be a fat fuck with shitty structure is all and it'll work.
