Over 12 years of lifting now, several years with steroids, this is what Ive concluded:

6 reps or fucking 30, dont matter.
More sets dont equal more gains, however theres a minimum amount. Try to get atleast 10 sets a week for each muscle group, maximum 20 or AT MOST 25.
CLEAN EATING IS BULLSHIT BULLSHIT BULLSHIT ON GEAR, DONT MATTER.

What matter?
Protein and calories, done.

How much protein? ALOT. Dont listen to the "uuh 2gram per kilo of body weight" NO, those studies are on nattys, if u enhanced the more protein the better, eat 4g per kg of bodyweight.

YOU HAVE TO BE IN A CALORIE SURPLUS TO GET BIG

Theres a new trend going on these days, "u can gain muscle in deficit!!" or calorie balance, ignore that shit. I got BIG natty by eating a shit fuck ton of food, getting a little fat and focusing on getting stronger, thats it.

On gear? 500-1000cal surplus daily. NOT BALANCE.


Get stronger. 6 reps, 15, 30, dont matter. GET STRONGER. 2 months from now u want a stronger bench, dead, whatever. Stronger dont mean neccesarily u need more weight on the bar, maybe more reps, or just a more controlled movement - being able to handle the weight better. However, a good simple way is ofcourse to just focus on adding more weigth on the bar.

EAT EAT EAT, pizza, chicken, cookies, ice-cream, protein drinks, fish, potatoes, rice, cottage cheese. Dont think too much, eat a ton of food, get stronger, inject lots of gear and ull get pretty damn huge with time and ull look madly powerful in the eyes of normies.

Thats all advice u need. Dont focus too much on technique. Sure, u dont want TERRIBLE technique, but just ignore this shit bout "feel the muscle", "squeeze!!", no, just fuck it, lift heavy, cheat some, keep progressing.

Failed gymcels are even worse because they greatly exaggerate the importance of genetics. 9/10s when someone isn't putting on muscle they're either barely doing shit or they're barely eating anything. Every example of some chad working out and blowing up on Reddit or something, you'll always see that they ate like 150g of protein a day, and we're expected to believe some dyel retard did more than drink a 40g protein shake every other day.

Im exactly experiencing this right now since last two weeks tbh. I just had a several workouts so far and my delts and arms are already showing up better than those 5'6 bros living in the gym for years

I'm probs gonna roid in a year. I'll try to hit 300kg deadlift before that but I probably won't make it

I think it's a good idea to get diet to optimal levels, for muscle growth, health, and just feeling good

what about this plan i have come up with:

week 1 and 2: 25 pushups, 5 pullups daily
week 3 and 4: 50, 10
5 and 6: 75, 15
last 2 weeks: 100, 20
+
eating from a smaller plate
only drinking water and coffee
flexing and stretching before and after sleeping
cold showers once per week

i m currently cca 15 kg overweight.

Its all crap, no he did not. I suggest you check out Gregs older videos, clearly bulked up and "fat", he built his muscle by doing heavy bulking.

You will NOT get huge or gain any noticeable amount of muscle in a deficit, u wont. There are no huge guys out there who didnt get like that without a great calorie surplus.

Also, basically every fucking BB coach out there talk shit about Greg regarding this.

I often listen to Fouad Abiads podcast and he frequently talk about this with other pros.

25 pushups and 5 pullups is nothing. Do 100 pushups and 20 pullups the first 2 weeks. It doesnt have to be all at once, do them whenever you remember.

isn't it just a body recomp? fat turns into muscle at maintenance at same weight?
