In real life you'll reach plateau at some point and need to reduce your kcal / increase activity.

so 2000-2200 a day with working out?
Eat 2000 kcal and monitor your results. If it doesn't work out adjust.

How much do you weigh?
67kg

i have no muscle mass but had to choose to either bulk or cut the fat first (skinnyfat dilemma), and i chose the latter

I recommend lifting weights too. If you go on androgenic SARMS or steroids, lift 5-6x per week hitting each body part 1-2 times per week. If you don't use androgens, hit each body part once per week on a brosplit or Upper/lower, 5 sessions per week
