was there between 2:17pm till 3:23pm

did 23 pullups then 21 chinups
26 dips then 16 dips

(2 popups + 5 pressups over bar + 1 rollover) x 2 sets

22 box jumps
16 toe to bars

1/3rd mile jog while light shadow boxing

2 short sprints
2 backward movements
1 backward movement with side steps
2 switch step lateral movements each direction
2 lateral movements each direction

2 minutes shadow boxing

8 forward ground somersaults
4 backward ground somersaults



amogged the whole park with supreme conditioning


and not one challenger

I thought pullup and chinup were basically the same.

I did 3 chinups today, which is an increase from 0.

My waist muse is Nick Bateman, and I'm shooting for his waist line.

I suspect the reason for your 21 chinups is your poor chinup form, a.k.a. cheating.
