150 lbs @ 8% are great stats for most frames

I found this guy on bodybuilding.com (5'8, 150 lbs):

If you have a huge frame or are tall obviously you could look skinny at that weight. But for the average frame that weight and body fat combo is quite good.

I wouldn't look anything close to that 150lbs. His frame looks small to me.

That's why I said that it depends on the frame. Those stats would be good for small - medium frames. Large frames would look skinny with those stats indeed.

He looks too lean and dried out. You can see the separation between his abs and it looks weird at the bottom center of his pecs. 9-10% is best bf% in men

WEIGHT STATS MEAN NOTHING, when will ppl understand.  "Hurr durr, I'm X lbs I need to be X lbs"

No, everyones frame is different, BF% is all that matters not fucking weight on a scale.

yeah it's all about bones. There are 6'2 guys at 160lbs that mog puffy 200lb manlets just because they have longer, broader bones and better soft tissue distrubtion

Height and weight stats off the internet are always highly dubious.
