    how would you maximize skincare in a week for the absolute best result?

    Besides skincare, what supplements, teas, food, or cope should i take to see maximum skin healing in 1-2 weeks? i was thinking melatonin, long deep sleeps, omega 3 - anti inflammatory teas and a good skincare routine with lots of moisture i need clear glowing skin asap tbh i dont even mind...
