you can notice the typical double folded fat with exposure of the prezygomatic area. It looks like two wings at the sides of the nose.
The facial fat falls due to gravity and accumulates itself in front of the masseters on the jaw. This prevents your lower third from having the flanged alpha look with hollow area between teeth and masseter, while keeping the facial fat in a healthy bubble above the hollow area, in front of the zygomatic process.
