I had brought apples, cucumbers, and other low cal snacks on a recent trip I took to see my family because they never have anything I can eat (I'm vegetarian and they're unhealthy fucks), heading back to uni now and I was in a hurry to get to the bus station so I stopped at McDonald's because my mom was rushing me and I didn't have time to cut ny apples and stuff into slices (i cant eat whole apples bc of braces) and now I have nothing to slice them with. I had an egg mcmuffin with the ham removed (don't eat meat) and a coffee. I feel like a gross fatass now. Should I just purge and fill up on water? I won't be able to go to the gym for a few hours cause I'll be on a bus headed home.
